MAYONNAISE PANEER

Garlic or Ginger
2-3 cloves

White pepper powder

Red chili powder
½ teaspoon

Black pepper powder
¼ teaspoon

Olive Oil
1-2 tablespoon

Salt
To taste

Lime juice
1-2 teaspoon

Tandoori masala
1 ½ teaspoon

Parmesan cheese
1-2 cubes






Method:

  1. Take a non stick fry pan.
  2. Add olive oil and garlic to it.
  3. When it starts crackling, add finely cut onions. Sauté for a while till the onions change their color to golden brown.
  4. Now add tandoori masala and salt into it. This will impart a nice flavor.
  5. Add evenly diced pieces of fresh paneer and mix it properly.
  6. To enhance its richness, add freshly grated parmesan cheese (1-2 cube) and mayonnaise.
  7. Put some  white pepper powder, green chilies and a pinch of black pepper powder as well. Simmer it for a while.
  8. Finally add a bit of lime juice and serve hot.
