CORN CUPAMANIA

Method:



  1. Wash the corns with ample amount of running water.
  2. Add them, water and a pinch of salt to a pressure cooker. Boil it for at least 25-30 minutes for proper softening of the chunks of corn.
  3. In the meanwhile, melt the yellow butter in the microwave or on the gas in a bowl.
  4. Add all the spices such as white pepper, black pepper, red pepper, salt etc..You can even add some chopped vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, capsicum etc.
  5. Now add in the boiled corns to it and give it nice mix.
  6. Garnish it with tomato sauce and basil leaves. You can even add a bit of lemon if you like to have an acerbic taste. ;)
