CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

250 gm (2 cups)

Method:

  1. Sift together Maida(plain flour), baking powder and butter with your hands until it turns into a nice and soft mixture.
  2. Take a separate bowl. Whisk egg and castor sugar so that it turns into a nice foamy texture.
  3.  Put the dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 1-2 minutes. It will turn into a liquid form.
  4.  Add this to the egg mixture and mix well. Now add plain flour, curd and mix it thoroughly.
  5. Add crushed walnuts to it.
  6. Blend it properly till it becomes a nice and homogeneous batter.
  7. Grease your bowl with melted butter.
  8. Add the mixture to your bowl.
  9. Pre-heat your oven or microwave at 180 degree Celsius. Cook it for 5 minutes on microwave .To check whether it’s done or not, put a toothpick inside it. If nothing sticks on it, then your brownie is ready!!!!
  10. Serve hot with vanilla ice- cream!! :).
