CHEESE ITALIANO

¼ teaspoon

1 (big size)

Fresh Cream
1 tablespoon






Method:

  1. Take a non stick fry pan.
  2. Add olive oil and garlic to it.
  3. When it starts crackling, add diced onions and capsicum. Sauté for a while till the onions change their color to light pink.
  4. Now add one bowl of fresh tomato puree into it.
  5. You can add makhane in two ways- either soak them for 1 hour in water or take a fry pan, add 1 tablespoon oil. After 2-3 minutes add makhane and fry them for a minute to give them a nice light brownish color and a crispy taste. I would personally go with the second option!!!
  6. By now, our tomatoes must be done, as in the oil should come to the surface and on the sides of the pan.
  7. Put some salt, white pepper powder, red chili powder and a pinch of black pepper powder as well.
  8. Now, add fresh oregano and chili flakes. This will enhance the Italian flavor to the dish.  
  9. Finally add cream, paneer slices, makhane and pineapple pieces in it.Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Garnish it with fresh cream!!!
