GINGER-HONEY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Method:


  1. Mix refined flour and baking soda properly.
  2. Take another bowl. Blend sugar and butter/oil to form a homogeneous mixture. Now whisk egg in it until it gets a nice foamy texture.
  3. Extract ginger juice, mix it with honey and keep it aside.   
  4. Then add vanilla essence and ginger-honey mixture to enhance the flavor.
  5.  Now mix both of the mixture together and add milk to form a thick flowing consistency. Lastly, add chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat the oven/microwave to 180 degree Celsius. Grease a tray with oil and place the mixture in the shape of cookies. Also, apply oil on the surface of the cookies with the help of a spoon or a brush.
  7. Grill it for 3-4 minutes. Do check in between. Then grill it for 2-3 minutes more and finally microwave it for 30 seconds. 
  8. Serve it with chocolate sauce!! :)
